starting phase 2 on wed. and scared of it

  • Hi All!,
    I decided to move on to phase to on wed. but i am so afraid that i will trigger a craving. does any one have any advice on what to start out with i and what time of day i should add carbs? Any info will be much appreciated.

  • Breakfast is the place to start. Our bodies process carbs best early in the day. Lots of folks start with oatmeal or fruit. Try a week with adding one good carb per day and see what it does to your rate of loss.

    i started this morning with oatmeal and blue berries and that is all the carbs i planned for today. I decided to make out a menu every day and stick to it to avoid over doing the carbs.
  • Just a tip, add one thing at a time. I started phase two and stopped losing weight altogether so went back to phase one and added one thing at a time.
  • Since I don't like breakfast food, would I be able to add some fruit for an afternoon snack? I thought I read to not add fruit in the morning for some reason, I guess I will have to go back and reread that part.

    Chick on the beach: So did you add, say a fruit a day for a week and then the next week add fruit and oatmeal, or bread? I was thinking of doing it that way.
