I'm a newbie. I've been on the SB diet for 6 days now and haven't stood on the scale yet. I'll end up obsessing over it!
I've pretty much stuck to book meal plans but am now quite bored with them. I'm going to have to find some phase 1 recipes to fix. I don't like any kind of seafood so I feel somwhat limited.
Any suggestions?
