My husband and I were running errands last night and I didn't have time to cook, so we stopped at Hardees. I got the Low Carb burger and it was GOOD! This morning I look at the nutritional information and I says it has 31 fat grams, 12 of which are sat fat. Did I screw up?
Just a tiny bit! Just get back OP and watch the sat- and trans- fats!
I know that we should minimize sat fats, but is there a max amount we should look out for?
Nope - just5 keep it as low as possible. Fast food burgers may be low carb but are probably high fat. That makes them so tasty! Now I'm craving one!
