  • Monday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, lower body, 30 minutes treadmill

  • Mon: much walking for work, not sure how far...
  • Wednesday
    I think I've been here before....

    Walked 4.5 miles today - a start that I hope continues and gets me back in to the groove
  • Tuesday: Ab Scissor - 40 seconds x 4

    Wednesday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

  • Thursday: Gym: 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

    Will also be doing Ab Scissor sometime today.

  • Tues: walking in the woods, 1.5 miles I think, put seeding and haying
    Wed: strength training circuit, 8 off-circuit machines, bowling-4 games
    Thurs: walking in the woods, no idea how far...
    Fri: same as Thursday
