  • I'm trying to catch up from this past week.I just haven't had time to post it but I did write it in my journal.

    My frustration level is very high. I have been OP for 3 weeks and have only lost 1 lb.!!! Still no loss this week-134 lb. Maybe it's because I weigh so early in the mornings (4:30AM).
