I am looking for an easy to make, low syn curry sauce recipe. I want something that I can use with either quorn or chicken on a green day tp have with a huge pile of rice. As creamy as possible (without syns - lol).

I was wondering about using low fat yoghurt etc. Has anybody any ideas?

have you tried making your own ? ill go and dig out my wee green free foods book and have a look for you

soory dear lots of curried chicken and oriental veg and stuff but no curry sauce ill get my cook books out later and see if i can adapt one for you

I want to make my own but am rubbish at making up recipes. was just wondering if anyone here had any ideas.
