im on the weight loss train, but im also really interested in cancer-fighting fighting foods. also foods that prevent heart disease!
sometimes i get bored with my healthy food finds, and id like to see what other people are eating.
some of my current faves:
giant bowl of mixed greens with balsamic vinegar and feta
low sodium V8 (surprisingly yummy, especially when not chilled)
shaved red cabbage (i do it with a food processor) with a smidgen of canola oil, toasted and ground caraway seeds, apple cider vinegar, and salt and peper
