Hi there. My nutritionist recently recommended that I take a homeopathic remedy called Glucorekt (I've also seen it spelled Glucorect) to help with insulin resistance. I found the website of the manufacturer/distributor, and they seem reputable. They list all the ingredients and what they are supposed to do, and they're in Germany, so I know they are held to pretty strict governmental standards. But I can't find any unbiased third-party information. I have no way of knowing of this stuff is really safe and effective. Has anyone heard of it or tried it? No stores in my area stock it, and my doctor has never heard of it, so couldn't give me a recommendation.

Also, is anyone else battling insulin resistance? Any suggestions on places I can find more info or on techniques for managing it?

I have never heard of Glucorekt so I decided to do some research on it...I couldn't find out much about it though...the only reasonable words I could read were:

GLUCOREKT Drops - 50 ml
May be helpful for relief of diabetes and promotion of proper regulation of sugar metabolism.
