I am down 2 pounds from last week! Very happy. I was at the doctor yesterday. He is very happy too.

I am down 2.2 again tonight.
Next week will be a challenge because my son's restaurant is treating the families the day before opening, and I won 4 tickets to the race track including 4 buffet dinners. I think I will make it a point of not going hungry.

Like I mentioned, I went to a WW meeting yesterday.
My scales say I gained 3 pounds on vacation. I'm not surprised because I ate whatever didn't run away from me.
Now, the WW scales said that I was the same as the last time I'd been there. That was nice. Of course, I hadn't been there in quite awhile. Oops!

I'm cheating on my weigh in this week. Yesterday (Thurs.) I got weighed and I was the same as last week. Well, since it was TOM and things finally got rolling (too much info) I decided to get weighed this morning (Fri). I am down 1.5 pounds from last week (or yesterday). lol That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!! Still have so far to go, but that -34 now. I told Bob last week that by the time school is out, I want to have lost 35. I think I can lose a pound in 3 more weeks. Cripes I hope I can!!!!

Well, I weighed in at W/W last night & to my surpise I gained over 4 pounds. I have a a problem with water gain. I don't think I have really gained 4 pounds, but it is really disappointing to me. Hopefully next week I will do better.

Yikes Yolanda! I'm sure that gain was water. I know how disappointing that can be. Just stick with it, and things will be better next week. Nice to have you posting with us!!!

I am so happy, I am down 3.4 for the week. I can hardly believe it I was sure I would be up after that buffet dinner. Thursday's meeting was much better and seemed a little more lively than the last few weeks. Yolanda please hang in there, maybe you had some really salty foods, I will be thinking about you.

My weight for this week was the same as last week. I keep jumping on the scales almost daily. I was down today, but I won't post it until next week. Hopefully it will still be down. With what I weighed this morning, that's down 36 pounds (took 1.5 years to get there though). Sometimes I think the losing is because of whatever is wrong with me. Hope I don't gain it all back when we get it figured out!!

I'm sorry I haven't been posting my weight results.
I didn't get on the scales this week. I'd thought I'd attend another WW meeting but things kept getting in the way. Now it's the weekend. I promise myself that I'll try going to a meeting next Friday.
the first part of the week won't work.
I take my Mother to the hospital for tests on Wed. and Thurs.
I go for blood work on Monday.
