    Had a little run in with some pizza & a couple of wine cooler thingys last night - went out with two of my sisters-in-law.....oh, well, I had fun!

    Exercise:
    Definitely, since I missed yesterday...Treadmill for 30-40 minutes

    I too had a run in with more ice cream, I'm putting the carton in the sink to thaw
    when i get home. One pint is almost 22 pts or my daily allotment.
