I'm planning on starting the SB diet tomorrow and am a little nervous. Being a sugar carb addict I'm scared I won't be able to make it through phase 1 but I'm gonna give it my best!
Anyways, right now I am working out about 3 to 4 times a week, for an hour each time, mostly cardio. Should I follow phase 1 strictly or should i have a tiny bit of carb since I am working out. Seems like some ppl add a little bit and some just keep to strict phase 1. What do you all feel is best?

He says he feels like he's thinking more clearly, too, without the sugar. It's amazing the difference living without tons of sugar akes!
