    Well I don't wear jewellery, so I don't know if I'm in ketosis

    I'm thinking of gettig Ketostix, since my breath doesn't seem to be an accurate indicator...my flatmate says my breath is fine! It's funny, cause that's the exact opposite of what I wanted to hear!

    Well I always know I'm in ketosis when my urine gets this distinct strong odor.... then there's no question! And trust me, there's no missing it!!

    I used to know--my breath would smell and so would my armpits. But my pits haven't lately (maybe the new deoderant is actually working )--but my breath has.
    None of my rings are turning my fingers color.

    I don't wear yellow gold, but I know when I'm in ketosis because in the morning my mouth tastes like I've been sucking on pennies.

    LOL! Sucking on Pennies? I havent had that one.. but man I can relate to Brenda and the pits... Yesterday I was at GameWorks with my son for a party.. and I would barely move the arms because it was so bad!

    I just started ATKINS again for the third or fourth time. I have never entered Ketosis and I just thought it was me. I never really lost any weight, but I never gained either. I've been on Induction now for three days and the stick FINALLY turned pink. I can't believe it. I really can't. I want to wear it around my neck! Although, imagine the comments and the looks when I explained! Anyway....should I feel this excited? I am hypothyroid and nothing has helped. Will this time work for me? I'm starting to think that the stix I bought are defective because I just can't believe it!
