Hi Kari..
There is a post at the top of this thread that explains all about TOPS. There is a $20 yearly charge and a monthly dues which is $5 or less. (My monthly dues is $4.) TOPS is a non-profit weight loss support group and is very different than Weight Watchers. In TOPS members get to know each other and become friends. This weekend we are having our State Recognition Day (SRD), and 21 from my chapter are going to it. A state King and Queen will be crowned and division weight loss winners will be announced. It's very inspirational. To be King or Queen, you have to be the one that lost the most weight to goal in the whole state. Division winners are the ones that lost the most weight last year in their weight division. So, TOPS is fun and inspirational. You can also check out

Tops has made a difference in my life. I have not reached by goal weight, but I have learned a lot about healthy eating and have been able to keep my weight under control. If I don't have something to keep me in check, my weight would go up, up, up.
Hope this helps.
