Thursday Weigh In Results - 4/5

  • Here we go group. I hope all weigh ins are positive! You can lose inches if not pounds.

    I have kept off the 4 pounds that I lost because of being urpy during the weekend. What a way to lose! I will take the loss, though. And, I've kept them off so far this week. I wish this was an official weigh in but can't get over there today.

  • The scale was not good to me this week. I knew I blew it the week my brother was home but I didn't think I blew it this bad! It said I was up 5 lbs! Yikes. I have even been good this week plus walked 2 miles almost every day. Sheeeesh! Oh well, time to take my lumps and move on. If I keep being as good as I was this week plus walking I will get it back off plus. Hope the scale is much nicer to everyone else. Have a great day and week end..... Sis
  • Goodness, gracious... the board is finally getting faster. yeah!

    Anyways... weigh in... let me see if I can explain . Ummm... last week WI was 169. Weighed myself the next day (thought it might be water weight). Weighed 167. Yesterday I weighed myself, 166... This morning... back to 167. Not sure what to think. I honestly don't trust my scale. I should get a new one... I just have no desire to spend the money! Well, pretty much, not good, not bad... just need to stick with it to get to my birthday goal... 157 by May 20th.

  • Tina- Way to keep those pounds you lost off. Usually when you are sick and get better, it is hard not to gain that weight back... whether it be water weight or your body just trying to readjust.

    Sis- Sorry to hear about the gain... I am sure that you didn't really gain 5 lbs... some of it is probably something else... you know environmental Anyways... I sure you will have that weight off in no time at all!

    Let me start by agreeing that the board is definately faster. I like it.

    I lost 1 pound. It still doesn't make up for my 2 pound gain last week but I won't complain.

    Tina, Way to go! It was a hard way to lose them but you did great. You are making up for the 2 weeks where you maintained.

    Jules, You had a good week. I hate to weigh everyday because I get dissappointed if I have an ounce gain.

    Sis, sorry for the gain and the hard week. Next week will be your week and it will come off. Hang in there!@

    Well, this is quick. I won't be posting again until Sunday evening. Off to San Antonio for a conference and to visit family. Can't wait for that Mexican food. Gotta make sure that I drink my fair share of the water.

  • Didn't weigh in this morning. Woke up with cramps! Icky poo. I'll try tomorrow or Saturday. As long as it's close to what it has been, I won't be upset. I keep thinking, last year at this time I was 18 pounds heavier. That keeps me going!!

    It was a beautiful day today! I was able to enjoy it looking through a window because I was sitting in a meeting. Yuck. I am really getting tired of after school meetings. Sure wish we got paid for them! LOL
