Weekly Goals April 12-18th !!!!!

  • TG Goals for the week.

    1. gym 4 times this week

    2. induction this whole week, no eating anything not induction!

    3. 3 liters of water a day.

    4. vitamins everyday!!!
  • 1) 128 oz of water every day

    2) get in all my vitamins every day

    3) Work out 4 day this week!
  • 1) Work out Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
    2) Drink 3 liters water per day
    3) Will NOT taste test or nibble on the wedding cake or frosting while mom and I are making it
    4) Will have only ONE small piece of cake at the reception on Saturday
  • EXERCISE at least 3 times this week
    Drink 2-3L water per day
    Continue with my most excellent strictness with induction
    Lay off the caffeine
  • Get back on program
    Drink TONS of water (or at least 64 oz)
    Stay away from Dt Mt Dew
    Exercise (or try)
  • wooHOO...I've ditched the caffeinated diet coke and the coffee, I've only had 2 cups of tea

    Plus we went for a long walk before dinner yesterday, PLUS we're going again tonight (my flatmate and I)

    And my lovely DBF is buying me some runners today, I'm very pleased

  • Im doing well with my goals this week! I have 2 days in for work outs and have my water and Vitamins every day too!
  • 1. Work out at least 4 times this week.

    2. Get back to my running (at least 2 days this week)

    3. Drink my 80 oz or more of water each day.

    4. Get my laundry and dishes caught up!!
