I am ready to give up on SBD

  • I have been on the SBD for 2 weeks now. I have stuck strickly to the diet yet I have not lost any weight. I am extremely tired and ready to give up. Did anyone else not lose any weight in the first 2 weeks? I am also exercising 5 days a week. Thanks
  • I lost during 1st week of Phase I but not the second week. I am into Phase II now but will just be patient. I think everyone is different in terms of metabolism and just their body in general. Can be many factors like water retention, age, beginning weight, prior diet and eating habits, etc. I think we have plenty of company based on other boards like:

    If you scroll down the above site you will notice similar situations. I am here for the healthy food first. I think I will slowly lose more because I have pretty much eliminated all junk food and go to restaurants less often.
  • I am also losing slowly because I had pretty good eating habits in the first place.
