I am so excited this morning. Today is my 6th day on the beach and I've lost 8 lbs. I'm just runnin around tellin everyone. So excited. First time I've actually seen results from a diet before.

So like I said I'm runnin around the house tellin my husband then I told my daughter who's 10. Then I run to tell my 5 year old son. I say "Justin guess what. I lost 8 lbs." He goes "You lost it?" At this point I thought he was gonna say "Where?" But instead he says "Hmph I guess you're not gonna be fat anymore huh?" Gotta love him.

I know my family is tired of my daily weight losses and ups so posting here really helps. We know what its really all about. I'm happy for you.
