I was just wondering if anybody takes Metamucil (or something like that) and if they notice that the fiber in it makes them feel fuller?

I don't take metamucil at all, but I do feel that a high fiber is important in a healthy diet. I get lots of fiber from eating dried beans "cooked" and eating whole wheat/whole grain products, brown rice, and eating lots of fruit and veggies. its easy to know if your getting enogh fiber, you will be "regular"
