  • Great job Diana!!

    My office at work has been so hot lately that I just sit here and sweat so by the time I go to the gym, I am already wore out from the heat!!! I am getting a fan this weekend to bring in here and hopefully that will give me more energy to push my workouts harder!!
  • Working in a hot environment is no fun!!! Get the fan.

    I went for a 2 hour and 15 min walk yesterday, pushing the stroller up the hills is what kills me.

  • i've started jogging a mile and 1/2 about 3-5 days a week..depending on how i feel darn shin splits:P
  • HORRIBLE exercising week!! I will be better the next week!!! Yuck! Really busy and tired!
