  • Hello, hello - I've been missing in action lately - work has been busy. My snacking is beginning to get out of hand - I am up nearly five pounds in the last few weeks!!!

    Treadmill for 41 minutes at 4 MPH at 6% incline

  • Hi kt! As you can see, I have not been the model eater. I had a sort of whacky yesterday.

  • I have been totally out of control lately- I am sure my weigh in tonight will show just how much! Oh well, I am going to give maintaining a shot for the next few weeks, until finals are over and I have a little more time to devote to myself! I was journaling from supper, but think I will switch back to normal.
