Weekly Weigh-in 3/28-4/3

  • Finally weighed in, still at 131.0

    I've got to get back into my exercising and eating routine now, but I have to say that I'm pretty happy I maintained through a 3 week vacation where I ate whatever I wanted.
  • I stayed the same this week--but last night had quite a heavy meal, so I may weigh again tomorrow morning just in case. I worked out hard but ate badly this week, so I'm fortunate to maintain!
