Hi All,
Popping in quick. I took the children for our daily walk to the local library park area. It was so much fun. They have all sorts of stuff..my personal favorite was this thing that you hold on to and lift your body up and slide across..like in the army basic training. A BLAST.

I am sure that all the other mothers thought that I was nuts hauling my big ol butt across like I was a twig or something. Oh well..it held

I think the fresh air and walk is good for the kids too to get the sunshine, walking, etc. I really look forward to it. Plus, it gives me time to work on training them to obey, listen, pay attention, etc. when we are walking there. (Me--works on patience, LOL).
Leenie..I feel like I didn't "deserve" to lose weight..maintain mayyyybe..but I almost feel guilty or something. I am a weirdo like that, I guess.
Cathy.. I liked the TOPS meeting. I think that the women are really great. They are all older..like, my MIL's age, (think mostly 55 and older), but there is 1 other mom who is maybe in her late 30's and also 2 teens who attend sometimes. They make it fun though, with lots of little contests and such. It is nice to have the encouragement. I can find 20 bucks a year for that. The only thing is..hoping that the dues and such don't break my bank.
For lunch I had 2 pita, each with sliced roma tomato on it sprinkled with mozzerella cheese and broiled till melted/bubbly. Frozen fruit for dessert.
OOH..and a few bites of my daughters ramen noodles with butter because they looked sooooo good and I was waiting for my lunch and lost all will power. I need to quit..those blt's, (bites, licks, and tastes) add up...on my butt, hips, and thighs, lol. Sounds like you had a yummy salad.
Flower..nice to see you.
Lynnie..hi! Where ya been?
Everyone else.. HIIIIIII
