  • Tuesday:
    10 min. warm-up/cool-down walk
    25 min. jog (2.07 miles - as promised)

  • Tuesday:
    35 min. walk/run (burned 310 cal)
  • Tuesday
    45 minutes of DDR
  • walked 2 miles at track

    12 min./1 mi. jog
  • Wednesday:

    Not quite as much as I would have liked, but at least I did something.
