OK, so what type of workout would you guys say helps you lose weight the fastest? My first time on Weight Watchers, I lost 40 lbs in a relatively short period of time by working out at Contours Express (similar to Curves). Every week at weigh-in, I would be down 2 or more lbs. Although I managed to keep over half of it off, I'm finding that I can't lose the weight that quickly. I burned myself out on Contours, so I've been going to the Y and walking briskly for 1/2 hour, then doing about 15 minutes of weight work (alternating lower and upper body). Sometimes I'll do a Firm workout (usually Cardio Sculpt, because it's the most fun) or take a WATP 3-mile walk if I can't get to the Y. But the weight isn't coming off like before. Should I be doing something different or is it just harder to take off weight that you've lost and regained?
