I'm down only a half a pound, but I weighed myself right after lifting and I've drank a ton of water today and I haven't in a while so maybe I'm retaining and my cycle is doing something bizzare, and listen to me! Maybe I'm just making excuses. Here I go. Workin' harder for 164!
The scale is good, but man, oh man, does it tease me or what?!? -5 to 200 even. Ahhhh! I WILL make my April 1 goal - and it's looks like I'll make it early and maybe even surpass it! How crazy is that?
Well kids...I was hoping to "break even" after the past 2 weeks of various indiscretions...but it didn't happen. I'm +3 to 170, not so fun. But you know what, the main thing is I faced it. And better to face a 3 lb. gain NOW, than a 30-lb. one a few months down the road! So, a blip in a radar screen, but I'm still striving for goal by the time we move (end of June).
