Hi everyone,What do you use to get you motivated? I went on from thing to thing...looking nice for the summer holidays/loosing weight in preparation for seeing 'christmas only relatives' at xmas/birthdays/graduations/peoples weddings and the list goes on but i always found a reason to quit on the one thing i was aiming for!
So whats your motivation thats working?



I've been a big blob for the last three days, just lying around like a cat, napping in big pools of sunlight (literally). Eating off-plan (but not *too* badly), not working out, etc. It's awful, and I feel so guilty. But at the same time I feel so laaaaaaazy. I haven't done half the things I wanted to accomplish this week.
