I'm just curious if it's worth it/ has any "ground-breaking" diet advice, or if it's just a slightly modified version of basic diet knowledge . . . you know, eat more complex carbs, reduce your fat, monitor calories, avoid sugars, etc. I'm taking a nutrition class, and I've been dieting since I was 12, so I KNOW the diet stuff. I'm more interested in the "head" stuff now.
Of course, I suppose it really doesn't matter, since we don't have the $$ for me to buy the Ultimate Weight Solution right now, much less so the food companion. I guess I'm just researching for the "someday" when I can afford one, the other, or both.
