The WW equation for points is:
(Calories / 50) - (Fiber * 0.2) + (Fat * 0.083) = Points
Ok, so this step is only SLIGHTLY faster than doing the math yourself, lol, but who knows, it could come in handy...
Let's say your food item has 200 calories, 4 grams fiber, and 3 grams fat.
In the Google search engine (or even in the google toolbar, if you have that installed) enter this into the search field:
(200/50) - (4*0.2) + (3*0.08)=
It will give the result of 3.44 points, which we would round off to 3 whole points (or 3.5 if you go by the half point)
