Your right it is a never ending vicious cycle. One thing I've learned is I never have anything conquered, maybe under control, but never conquered (sigh).

Are you on any meds for the depression and are you following any diet plan ? I've been following atkins since July of last year, and to tell you the truth I feel really good mentally, I haven't had an aweful winter with my SAD, actually I haven't had it at all except two weeks in oct/nov. Weight loss is slow, but thats cause I cheat like crazy I know I know, but I'm 27 lbs lighter than last year ~ got tons more to go, but I'm in no hurry for the first time in my life. It will happen.
