I'm new here and to South Beach. I have tried to do the Fat Flush by Anne Louise Gittleman. It was a challenge for me. Not the food but mostly the Life long cocktail first thing in the morning. Plus I'm not willing to give up coffee! Well I did for 12 days but slipped back into my old ways.
I just figure What's the point of doing a plan if your not going to adhear to the rules
.I would like to loose 50-60 lbs. But at this point I'd be happy with 30
.The first question I have is do you have to follow the menu plan exactly? Meaning eating the exact menu each day. I'd like to be able to mix it up and work with the foods that are easiest and quickest to make.
One thing I did enjoy about the Fat Flush was the Smoothies. Although those smoothies were made with a serving of fruit. I've found a couple of smoothie recipes here that do not include fruit. This is a good thing
