I have a question for everyone... I had the best Olive Oil bread dip this weekend...it was just Extra Virgin Olive Oil, tiny bit of parmesan, and Italian seasoning. I am wondering if anyone knows of the points (or close) or if this would be a good snacking idea?? I love this stuff and don't think that it could be that high in fat to snack on.
Thanks!!!

Is it the oil dips that you dip bread in?? If so, then I would figure the points for olive oil. If it was mixed with something else besides the herbs, then I am not sure. I love the herb oil bread dips and those are pretty much oil and herbs.
Thanks Jen- that's what I am thinking as well... I will have to go home and see what the Olive Oil has for calories and fats as well as the bread and see what points that would be. I was just thinking it would actually be a low fat snack to have at work as well as home.... I will see!!! :-)
It's not low fat because oil is 100% fat. How much did you have? I believe 1 tablespoon of oil is 4 points , or close to it.
Yes, you can have it if you count the points. Just be careful of how much you eat.
As far as the health factor, it is better for you than other stuff as it is a "good" fat.
Thanks, I will have to count up the points and see if it would be worth it to eat!! Hmmm....
I think that stuff is yummy. The olive oil is a good type of fat but it has 3 points for a tablespoon. Depending on how much parmesan cheese was added the the mixture, you'd have to count that in too. The interesting thing about olive oil is that it is very filling and good for you. That's why WW's doesn't count it out in our eating plan.
Let us know what you decide to do.
