Anyone know the points for...

  • A chicken fajita rollup from Applebee's?? I can find the other rollup points online but not the chicken one. It doesn't have to be exact.. just roughly. Hoping I didn't overdo it TOO much today.. lol

  • What I do when I'm not sure of how many points is in a meal, is when I get home I go to www.calorieking.com. I first write up all that I ate, food by food, and a guesstimated amount. Then I go to Calorieking.com and put in the items and it will show me how many cal/fat/fib is in each food, then I just add it up. I had to do this with Texas Corall's fajitas, and I came up with a guesstimated amount of 11 points. That was also with the amount of cheese I had and sour cream. Which isn't that bad considering it was enough to fill up 2 people! What I also do is if I'm not sure about the fat/cal/fib I pick the most healthiest food on the menu and come home and make a guesstimated amount.
  • Thanks!
  • I tried the Roma Roll-up this weekend and it was GREAT!!!!!!! I'm trying to find the points for it. Unfortunately, Applebees is not a "nutrition" conscious company as their website has no info. The Roma Wrap is a 10" shell (2 pts) chicken (3 oz is my guess 3 pts), roasted peppers, lettuce and fat-free italian dressing, I went on the high side and figured 8 points to be safe. I will definitely order it again. They serve it with fresh pineapple, but I was so full, I didn't eat it.
  • FYI...

Dottie's Weight Loss Zone lists the Chicken Roma Rollup as 13pts.
  • guess I underguessed that one, but I didn't eat the pineapple, so that probably helped. Wonder what is in it that is so high . . . .
  • Debra,

The wrap might have been flour instead of corn...

    I'm guessing:
    Flour 10" Wrap 4
    Boneless/skinless chicken, 3 oz. 3
Roasted peppers (stored in 1 Tb. oil maybe?) 3
    Lettuce & tomato 0
FF Italian dressing, maybe 4 Tb. 1
    --------
11 Points + 2 maybe in chicken marinade? (Was it marinated?) Dunno what would make it so high either!

Speaking of HIGH, I ate a tiny 2.0 oz. bag of trail mix today, scoffing that it contained 2 servings. I was amazed to get it calculated and find it was 6 Points! And it didn't even have chocolate! I know nuts are high cal, but zowie. It was peanuts processed with oil, then raisins, sunflower kernels, almonds & walnuts. Hmmm! Well, it looked like the healthiest thing in our company vending machine
