I got some all natural apple sauce, the ingredients of which are apples, water, and ascorbic acid. What do we think??

Thoughts? They are both on the allowed list for Phase II. Do you have access to the Good Fats, Good Carbs Guide? It is more comprehensive than the list here in FAQ although apples are on the list.
