Hi,
This may be a dumb question but I have heard 2 different things and need to know which is true. When you are at an obese size are crunces good or bad? I have heard recently that when you are obese they do something that will prevent your stomach from being as small as if yoy had not done them, and that you should wait till you are much smaller. Is this true or are crunches good for any size. Any insight would be of great help.
