Weekly weigh in Feb 16, 2004

  • Good afternoon alternachickies

    I think I have lost 1/5 to 1 lbs (keeping my fingers crossed )
    but I will know tonight at the official WW weigh in.

    Will post results later.

    I did have a pretty good weekend plan wise and walked a lot, plus a lot of house cleaning, furniture moving and built a nightstand so I hope all that work paid off
  • Think I am up 1/2 - 178.5. But that's ok. I didn't eat much, but when I did - it was really unhealthy. (but yummy )
  • Squeaker - remember if you don't eat enough you can gain weight too. I learned that at WW.
  • Thanks Teufelchen! I forget about that sometimes. But I am pretty sure I hit my calorie quota and then some. Check out the Piggy thread.

    Then I have also been going back to "normal" eating the last few days. I think I have confused the **** out of my body.
  • I gained 1.5lbs back - so much for being good this weekend
    although I think it was because I ate a salty meal on Sunday and I am salt sensitive.

    I lost 1/2 lb this week and am back to my lowest weight loss since I started WW. My next mini-goal is to get into the 170s. Only 3 lbs to go.

  • I'm not losing at all..........I posted somewhere else for suggestions for workouts. I'm apparently not burning enough calories on my Taebo tape (basic - getting ready to move up, but that will take a while to get up to speed) and I need something not too difficult, but that lasts long enough to sweat a while. Preferably 45 minutes or more. Any suggestions? Anybody here do WATP?
