We're closer to spring, and to warmer weather, it's time to make sure that we are ready for more outdoor activity in the next few months.
This challenge starts now, and ends on March 31, 2004, just in time for the crocuses to start peeking through the snow. We will be in better shape to start enjoying the season.

I'm SOOOOOO ready to lose these Winter blues and step into SPRING with a new outlook. My goals are to drink AT LEAST 72 ounces of water a day, stay on my Weight Watchers at home program and exercise 3-4 times a week (30 minutes each time). I'd like to personally thank Jennifer for all her encouragement, motivation, and patience during my whining and wailing. And I'd like to also thank her for all her work on, and FOR starting up this challenge. Looks great, doesn't it?
