Okay - I'm down to 217 (-2) which is so wrong. I ate, ate, ate the last 3 days. Not like 1800 cal. days, but like 2500 cal. days - awful! And almost NO exercise! I don't know what happened, and I refuse to complain! That 2 lbs. closer to my very challenging April 1 goal.
I weighed in this morning to a 3-lb gain. I've had a LOT of trouble lately (see post in weekly chat thread) and so this was not a surprise at all! I'm only surprised that I hadn't gained sooner, actually....this was my very first gain ever since July. Anyway, I'm not going to change my stats YET--going to weigh in again tomorrow morning & see if those extra pounds have disappeared or not. After that, I will update my stats. I have a feeling I'll be down (at least part of the 3 lbs.) by tomorrow--Fri. night was NOT good. )-; But, life goes on.....it's only going to get better from here on out!
I weighed in this morning and the scale flashed back and forth between 131.5 and 132.0 before settling back at 132. This isn't a loss, but it's the first time in months that I've seen the scale even fluctuate to a weight below 132. I'm hoping for a loss next week. Now...off to the gym for a 6 mile run!!! That should help get the scale moving.
I checked again this morning, and my 3-lb. gain did in fact stay with me (dang it!). So I will be changing my stats to reflect that, and working to get them off again in the next week or two. Might as well face the reality! (-;
