Atkins Starter HELP!!!

  • Hi My partner and I are on the first week of atkins, and although he seems OK I am really craving snacks I know I can have meat and cheese but can anyone PLEASE recomend something with a bit of a crunch that I can pick at, at work?

  • eat some celery or radishes, if you want some crunch. It is hard for the first 4 or 5 days, and then it is smooth sailing after that. Hang in there
  • some people on here eat pork rinds. I've noticed some around my area have sugar in them though--so read the labels.

    Forgive me if I'm way off, here. That statement is a big huge red flag for me. Rudders, you are eating the appropriate veggies, right?

    Please please, for the love of all that's good in the world, read the book and do the research before starting this. If you are just eating meat and cheese, you are going to do some serious damage to your body.

    Pickles (not sure if you can really eat those, but I do)
    Olives
    String Cheese
    Atkins Bars (ON OCCASION!-they can really stall people if eaten too much)
