Morning ladies!
I hope everyone is feeling good today. I am feeling pretty great! I had good and not so good stuff happen last night. The bad: I had a glass of white wine. It was all they had so I went with it, and I had a tiny bit of white rice (maybe two tablespoons) to go with the homemade (and I was assured low-fat) Chicken Saag my friend prepared. I am in Phase II now, so I justified it somehow.
The good is, they girls finished up with cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory (!!!!) and I had none! Also, on my way to dinner I decided to wear my lightweight jacket, since we've been experiencing what I'd call spring-like weather here in the mountains (maybe 43?) and I got to button buttons I've never buttoned before!! It's a peacoat, and I always just buttoned the top button, but last night I was able to button BOTH! and it wasn't tight either!!
This came at a good time because I was getting a little discouraged lately. I have been going to the gym regularly (3-4 times per week for 45mins to an hour) since November, but I felt like I should have been seeing more progress. I haven't really taken a tally of how much I have lost on SBD. I wanna say maybe 12 pounds? But I need to go to WW to be sure. They have my last accurate weight. But I felt like I had hit a plateau and wasn't really seeing a change in my body. Until last night! And now my favorite grey pants are big!
So I'm gonna stay motivated and keep with this WOE. I'm very satisfied with the SBD today.
Anyway, I'm off. Here's to buttoning buttons we've never buttoned before!

Ms24 - Don't ask why you're in the good mood, just go with it! And congrats on turning down the bread - it's a hard thing to do!
