I am new here as well, and wanted to introduce myslef shortly. I am 26 years old, SAHM at the moment, my daughter is 3 monts old (tomorrow). I am breastfeeding her fully, so I cannot make any extreme diet, but I try to lose weight slowly. I would like to achieve my goal weight before January 2005, as I am coming back to work then. My goal weight is my pre-marriage weight (5 years ago) and I felt great then. I know it might not be possible to achieve it after having given birth, but at least I would like to try. At the moment I have achieved my pre-pregnancy weight, which is not bad as well.
Oh, one more thing, I live in Berlin, Germany, but come from Poland.

I also wanted to tell you that, yes, you can return to your previous weight even after having a child. About 3 months after giving birth to my daughter I went on a healthy, balanced diet and started regular workouts. 6 months later I was smaller than I was before the pregnancy. It can be done and you CAN do it! The best of luck to you!
