I am starting phase 2 and have some questions...
What kind of bread have y'all found that you like? Does anyone eat that Ezekiel bread? It seems to have no added sugar and stuff. I stood at the grocery store for hours trying to figure it out!
What have people found about eating re-introduced carbs for dinner? Is it best to eat them early? For example, the book has the couscous salad for lunch, but I would rather have that for dinner, but is it best to get the carbs out of the way early in the day?
Thanks again! I really like the flexibility of this diet, and I really feel like I am making some positive changes. I do sometimes wish I could eat "normal" again, but I realize that eating McDonald's three days a week while common, surely isn't NORMAL for my body!!! Work on the mental. That's my new motto.
