    25 Leg Lunges
    25 of those arm lifts that get rid of that arm flap - can't remember what they are called 1-5lb weight
    10 min stretching

  • Monday: 40 minutes Curves
  • Monday:
    40 min. weights - really worked it today!

    35 mins of brisk walking
    10 mins of handweights AP earned: 4
  • Tuesday:
    45 min yoga
  • Sunday: 30 mins treadmill
    45 mins strength training

    Monday: 30 mins treadmill
    20 mins yoga

    Tuesday: 30 mins bike
    45 mins strength training

    42 min. run (3.8 mi. total)
    3 min. walk
  • Tuesday:
    45 min. walk on steep incline
