Oxycise

  • Okay ladies, let's dust off those old tapes, and fire up the VCR and start BREATHING together! Anyone want to join in? BOB will you get on my butt and yell at me if I start this thing and then don't follow through? You know that's what I have to have,someone looking over my shoulder and breathing down my neck and shaming me into action!

    Of course everything has to start on Mondays, so this is a just "getting in the mood" practice post

    Thanks for inspiring me about Oxycise.

    I have noticed many positive posts about Oxycise on other forums and I think I heard it is a bit easier than Body Flex.

    I ordered the Oxycise -Easy Does It - Level One
    Tapes-- they should arrive next week.

    I just have to make sure they DON'T wind up on my shelves with my Diet Books and Clutter Control Books

  • we now need tapes to breath? here i thought it just came natural. (Just kidding) is oxysize the one where you make weird noises when you exhale?

    Hi, I received my oxycise video tapes and took my measurements.

    I am not sure if I am breathing in and out quite as much as I should be, but I am trying my best to breathe in as much and out as much as I can.

    The part that I have to kinda leave out is when you pull your muscles way in--with my hernia it is impossible to pull it in!

    I will try my best and let you know what happens in a week or two.

    Relax Inhale & smile & sniff 3 more times to get in all in 1-2-3

    Let the air Out (way out) and give 3 more puffs to get it all out 1-2-3

    Not sure about the "lift" part but she did say it was optional.

    My that lady instructor is perky and full of pep.

    P.S. Barb do you just do the breathing part or do you also follow along with the exercises? On the 1st tape she talks about doing the 30 reps of the breathing each day, but on the 2nd tape she also does exercises along with the breathing.
