I have been doing Bascially, the Sugar Buster plan. for about 2 weeks, now. I have lost 7 pounds. I am thrilled, since it has been a good while since I have had ANY success staying on a plan. I am 57 years old and the weight does NOT come off like it use too!
I need to lose at least 30 more pounds. I am having trouble finding any ACTIVE, Sugar Buster Diet sites. I guess it is not as popular as the South Beach plan, at this time. However, the South Beach is Basically the Sugar Buster plan, after the first 2 weeks.
I was wondering if any of you guys are following the Sugar Buster??

Right now the only sight I found is Sweettalk plus. People post everyday, but it's not as active as I hoped. I'll keep looking.

Thanks for your response. I am surprised there is not much activity to do with the Sugar Buster diet plan. I guess it is because the South Beach has kind of taken over the spot for TOP diet, right now?

Basically, I seems to me, after the first 2 weeks on South Beach, then it becomes just like the Sugar Buster plan. Have you looked and compared the two plans?
