) I am committing to doing at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday (either Tae Bo or a cardio machine at the Y), drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily, taking the slew of vitamins Dr. Phil talks about in his book, and last but not least doing something everyday to work on my appearance that is not weight related. That is really important to me because I get so caught up in thinking that it's all about my weight but I have an overall problem with my appearance, self-image and confidence that I can do things about by taking better care of my self and I don't have to wait until I'm a size 6 or 8 to do so, right??
