I have visited the chat room a couple of times in the past couple of days, and there is usually no one there. Do any of you "chat" ? It's nice to talk directly to someone and get to know people who are trying to get healthy.

When's the best time, the chat room lists "on the hour" , but still, no one is home...so sad.....

i would be interested....if anyone is interesting...i know of two lo carb places that have chats....one is....at atkinsfriends.com.... it is very busy.....and it is friendly to all low carb diet......
also...there is a new site....locarber.com.....it is just getting started...but everyone there is very friendly...and sb is welcome there also.....

We don't need to go to other sites for chat, mozo. We have our own chat right here.
We already have a "room" just for South Beach. All we need is someone to set up a time and date. I'm tied up for the next week but after that .......

Remeber the time zone difference. Little Chick is an hour earlier than me (GMT-4) so her 8:30 is my 7:30 and probably the same in NC. GMT-5?

Sounds great girls I will check in tonight if I can. I have to go to the Walmart to get on oil change for the car. If I can get an appointment. Then darn I guess I will have to do some shopping to keep myself busy while I wait. I was going to take the car in tomorrow night but they are calling for a storm so I guess it will have to be tonight.
