It took me a long time due to a detour during the holidays.
I've lost 61# since last January and I want to be successful in keeping it off. Any suggestions, hints, and/or recipes would be greatly appreciated. Right now I am on

That's an incredible accomplishment and you should be on that cloud. As for advice, the only thing I can add to Melissa's comments is to get regular exercise. I can't count the times that my workouts have saved me from a gain.
