Weekly weigh in Jan 26

  • New Thread for the week....

    Well phooey!!! Went to ww last night and I have gained 2 lbs!

    I am sure it is because I ate salty food on the weekend and I am salt sensitive - always gain after eating salty stuff

    Oh well back to it. I am so good during the week but blow it on the weekends I have to revamp my plan so I can stay on track on the weekend.
  • I may have actually lost a half pound... 1st time in months that I have lost anything

  • I'm 15.5 lbs from my goal weight as of this week. I'm counting that as my official re-start weight, even though I've already been semi-dieting for a bit.

    That number isn't as high as I was afraid it was going to be.
  • Way to go, Snack! I am now officially 18 pounds from my goal and then I'll re-evaluate how I'm liking my body and if I feel like I should lose/firm up more.

  • holding at 188. but jeans are looser. of course i was feeling and didn't eat for 2 days. barely even left the bed. oh well. still here still trying.
