What I LIKE to have for lunch is a salad from one of those "pick your own" places. I found a great one that has salmon, but can't seem to find a dressing that works- used to love the lowfat lemon vinegarette, but I'm thinking it has sugar. I think I'm going to break down and ask for the ingredients list! The O&V just doesn't work for. Anyway, I get a HUGE

bowl of greens, steamed brocolli, bell peppers, mushrooms, and whatever other veggies look good and fresh, then baked salmon or grilled chicken.
Sometimes I end up with veggies and hummus or LC chz.
Oh, and Rose, ummm, I'm not sure what you made, but you might want to check out the last couple pages in the "Hello, Bread" chapter (p. 49-50 in my version).
