  • Good morning everyone

I think I have gone down this past week but will know for sure when I weigh in officially at WW. I will post results then
  • I've only lost a pound. It feels like I lost more but...the scale says differently. Maybe I need a new scale. Hahahaha...
  • Well...
I managed to stay the same this week, which is a good thing because I thought I had gained. This was a stressful week for me (starting my final graduate project) and I had a few bad food days and almost no exercise. But I am feeling motivated and still pleased that I've lost 5 1/2 pounds since the beginning of the year.

    198/180/130
  • I've lost a pound. Down to 182. I don't know why, because I've eaten like a pig all week.
  • Still at 220. Actually it's quite amazing considering what I have been eating. Stress is quite the equalizer.
  • Well chicks - I weighed in last night and I DIDN'T GAIN!!! I was so sure I had. I stayed the same. Whoo hoo!!!

Back on track today with the food.

  • Good going Teufelchen!

I am still sick and currently on the herbal tea and chicken soup diet - maybe I'll lose something

  • I've lost more since Saturday. I was 161 then and today I am 157.

  • holding at 188, but a pair of size 36's that were a "yeah right" at the beg. of the year are a lil' loose!
  • 175 for me. Maybe next week! Good going, Blugrrrl! Glad to see you posting
  • Well,
HereI go! Humiliating myself once again! My pants are getting tight and I refuse to buy bigger clothes again. I weighed my naked self this morning. 239 again! Tsk! Tsk! Tsk! SO I guess Wednesday is my weekly weigh in.
    Love and hugs to all!
    Virginia
  • to you losers!

Big Virginia - don't fret- you just have to get in the swing of things again!

I went to ww to weigh in since I missed the meeting on Monday - I lost 1.5lbs
  • Virginia, I'm with you! I refuse to buy larger pants too. I stretched my last pair over a 40# span! So, I started at 231.

Wonderful job everybody, you are an inspiration!
  • Yes, everyone here deserves applause! Why is gaining soooo easy and losing so hard?
  • Good question Irish!!!

Congrats to the losers and hang in there everyone else. WE CAN DO IT TOGETHER!!
